Women in Leadership Series at MetLife Building

Gemma attended the second installment of the Women in Leadership series earlier this week at the iconic MetLife building in Manhattan, a highly anticipated event that brought together influential leaders from various industries. Throughout the day, she participated in a live Forbes interview with Marta Parke, where they discussed key topics related to female leadership, career development, and the challenges women face in the workforce.

The event also featured a series of impactful speakers, including Minister Jennifer Carroll MacNeill TD and Enterprise Ireland Chairman Michael Carey, who shared their insights on leadership, innovation, and the importance of supporting women in business. In addition, the day culminated in an executive coaching session led by Henna Pryor, offering attendees practical strategies for advancing their careers and leadership skills.

Since the inaugural Women in Leadership event hosted by Maria Gagic and Gemma last year during St. Patrick’s week, the cohort has continued to grow and strengthen, with attendees exchanging valuable lessons and deepening their professional connections.
