Females in Finance Celebrates Two Years of Impact at AWS NYC

Last week, the Females in Finance (FIF) Collective marked its 2-year anniversary with a high-energy celebration at AWS New York City — and while the weather cooled down, the event itself was absolutely 🔥.
Spearheaded by FIF’s powerhouse founder Meghan McKenna, the evening brought together an inspiring community of women across finance, tech, and entrepreneurship. Meghan curated and led an unforgettable night that blended deep conversation, meaningful networking, and a few surprise show-stoppers.
Held at Amazon’s 424 5th Ave HQ, the night featured a founder panel moderated in partnership with Forbes, where Gemma took to the stage as MC and interviewer. She hosted a vibrant conversation with:
