Gemma moderated a lively and insightful morning event at the Irish Consulate in New York, where guests gathered bright and early for the launch of The 2025 European Employment Cost Guide: Insights Across 36 Countries.

The session opened with Dee Coakley walking attendees through the report’s key findings — spotlighting some truly eye-opening disparities in employment costs across Europe. The variations were, at times, dramatic — and not always logical.

Gemma then led a global-facing panel discussion with Kara Hertzog, M.Ed., Christopher Gannon, and Dee Coakley, tackling some of the most pressing questions for international teams:
